Shediac, NB - A tie marked Shediac's CENTREE for Speed's first Demolition event of the season as Trevor Brown (#3) of Moncton and Mark Hines (#2) from Lower Coverdale battled to a draw here
on Saturday night to the enjopyment of the crowd. Hines and Horton chased each other around several disabled cars untril they finally made contact after which each of them were unable to move again. The event was therefore deemd a tie and the $1000 prize was split between the two happy competitors. Earlier in the night, regular competitor, Stephane Poirier of St Louis de Kent, gained his entry into the Demo with a win in the "Bump to Pass" event in his #707 machine. The "Barrell Races" were won by #1, Joey Horton of Amherst and #2 Mark Hines, of Lower Coverdale.

The next demolition event will be held on Sept 23rd as a part of the Atlantic MONSTER Nationals double header weekend.
