Those five tracks are the Boone County Raceway in Albion, Dawson County Raceway in Lexington, US 30 Speedway in Columbus, the new Off Road Speedway near Norfolk, the Junction Motor Speedway at McCool Junction and the I-80 Speedway near Greenwood. Kosiski Auto Parts/Friesen Chevrolet/MalvernBank.com Late Model/Grand National Bragging Rights point fund for 2015 will now pay as follows: (1) $1,500 plus the $1,000 certificate off the cost of a new GM Crate Engine (2) $1,200 (3) $1,100 (4) $1,000 (5) $900 (6) $800 (7) $650 (8) $550 (9) $450 and (10) $350. The point fund should help generate some great Late Model/Grand National racing in Nebraska in 2015. A driver can run as many races as he choses of the approximatly 80 races to be ran at the five tracks, but it is his best 20 point nights that will be used in calculating his points total. A minumum of five races from at least two differrent race tracks must be included in calculating a drivers best 20 races. (Example: a driver's top 20 races could include 15 races at Off Road, and five at US30 or any combination as long as at least five races from two different tracks are included.) Points can be earned for any Late Model/Grand National event held at these six tracks including all special events. MLRA, CBC and SLMR events are NOT eligible events for Late Model/Grand National Bragging Rights purposes. Points for the Bragging Rights Championship will be awarded for each feature event as follows; (100, 96, 94, 92, 90, 88, 86, 84, 82, etc.). Non qualifiers will receive 40 points. Tie-breakers will be determined by most wins, then seconds, thirds etc. in the twenty races. If you have any questions please call Lee or Lisa at (402)-342-3453.
