Richmond Raceways, Richmond, KY Richmond Raceway Announces Increased Division Payouts for the 2016 Season

    Richmond, KY- December 8, 2015- Richmond Raceway track promoters Larry, Chad, and Sarah Yantz are pleased to announce the 2016 regular show division payouts for the upcoming race season. There will be five weekly divisions of racing competition and four of the five divisions will see increased payouts at the 3/10 mile semi-banked red clay oval better known as “The Beast of the East” during the upcoming 2016 season.

    The Late Model division will compete for $1,500 to win and $150 to start at weekly racing events. The Modified division will compete for $1,000 to win and $100 to start at weekly racing program. The KDRA Super Stock division will compete for $750 to win and $75 to start at weekly racing events, while the Stock Four Cylinder division will compete for $500 to win and $50 to start at weekly racing programs. The Mini-Cup/Cyclone division will still compete for $100 to win and $40 at all weekly racing events.

    Late Models: 1st- $1,500, 2nd- $750, 3rd- $500, 4th- $400, 5th- $350, 6th- $300, 7th- $250, 8th- $200, 9th- $190, 10th- $180, 11th- $170, 12th- $160, 13th- $150, 14th- $150, 15th- $150, 16th- $150, 17th- $150, 18th- $150 (Note- The three highest finishers drivers that utilize a Crate engine powered car will be eligible for bonuses. The highest finishing driver using a Crate engine will receive a $100 bonus, second highest finishing driver using a Crate engine will receive a $75 bonus, and the third highest finishing driver using a Crate engine will receive a $50 bonus)

    Modifieds: 1st- $1,000, 2nd- $500, 3rd- $300, 4th- $200, 5th- $175, 6th- $150, 7th- $140, 8th- $130, 9th- $120, 10th- $115, 11th- $110, 12th- $105, 13th- $100, 14th- $100, 15th- $100, 16th- $100, 17th- $100, 18th- $100

    KDRA Super Stocks: 1st- $750, 2nd- $400, 3rd- $250, 4th- $175, 5th- $150, 6th- $125, 7th- $110, 8th- $100, 9th- $95, 10th- $90, 11th- $85, 12th- $80, 13th- $75, 14th- $75, 15th- $75, 16th- $75, 17th- $75, 18th- $75
