Three Events In 10 Days You Won't Want To Miss Summer is officially set to begin at Beech Ridge Motor Speedway with three of the season's most popular events happening in a 10-day stretch. TTBB The return of the 10-race Thursday Thunder series starts this Thursday, June 11, at 7 p.m. It's an action-packed two hours of stock car racing for the whole family -- with Mad Bombers, Beetle Bugs, Mighty Trucks, Ladies and Legends. Best of all, it's just $4 for an adult grandstand ticket to the events and kids are admitted free of charge. Thursday night's Thunder only serves as an appetizer for your racing weekend, as one of the most highly-anticipated events of the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series schedule hits the .333-mile oval on Saturday, June 13, with the Budweiser 125 for the Sport Series division. Qualifying rounds begin at 7 p.m., and the Pro Series and Wildcat divisions will also compete on the card. Thursday Thunder is back on the track on Thursday, June 18, followed two nights later by the always packed NASCAR Nite Autograph Night on Saturday, June 20 at 7 p.m. Every driver in all three NASCAR Nite divisions -- the Pro Series, Sport Series and Wildcats -- will be on the frontstretch to meet with fans young and old, sign autographs and pose for photos. Now in its 67th season of competition, Beech Ridge Motor Speedway is Maine's only NASCAR-sanctioned short track. In addition to the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series, which competes from May through September each season, the track hosts the 10-week Thursday Thunder series from June through August, and Car Wars on Friday nights in August.
