As I mentioned on Facebook I will be driving the number #86 Thunder Car this week end. I have also bought one just waiting on it to be delivered Sept 14th. I hope to run a few of the fall open races. Planning on going back to my original number #23 and full Racing Trader colors!
I will post some build pictures here as we go. The original deal to buy a car fell through but I have found a 91 civic and brought it home last night!
I'm not scared, but it does look good! Lemme know when you want to start with the handling package, I have a clone to my setup in a bin waiting for ya.
Sounds good, I am going to start in the next week or 2 working on getting a engine together and get it running to work out some of those issues I'm sure will run into from switching over plus the switch from auto to 5 speed. I will be a few months yet before I get to that step.
You should be ok, I think I have had almost every combination of issues you can have over the past couple seasons and likely more to come haha but anything you need let me know, hope to see the RacingTrader.ca #23 week one through till seasons end
Not sure if I will race every week or not. I'd like to race at Petty a few times also. Will see if its fast it might change haha.
